Using The Shopping Cart
Simply browse our products using the
navigation bars on the left of the screen.
On finding items you wish to purchase,
click on the "Add to Cart" button beneath the item and a new window will
open displaying the shopping cart. You can also access the shopping
cart at any time by clicking on the icon beneath the product ranges on the
left.
Whilst in the shopping cart, you can amend
the quantity required by changing the number under the quantity column, or
remove the item by clicking in the remove box. The "update" button
will then update your order.
The shopping cart can be navigated away
from or closed at any time (select "continue shopping") Continue
browsing and add new items you wish to purchase as you find them.
Once you have completed your order, select
"Proceed to Checkout".
You will now be taken to the secure
payment site PayPal.

PayPal is widely recognised as the safest
payment processing system on the Internet.
PayPal accepts all major
credit / debit card
payments. At no time are your card details passed to Cameo as the
retailer, or any other 3rd party. This is a PayPal guarantee.
You will be guided through the payment process and on
completion you
will receive an email confirmation of the order and payment from PayPal. Please retain this for
future reference. This is your payment receipt, you will receive no
other documentation. If you do not receive such an
email please contact us as soon as possible to confirm we have your order.

Within the UK, we aim to
despatch
goods within 3-5 business days of payment being received using standard delivery
service. Please ensure you place your order in plenty of time for your
party. If your order is particularly time critical then please make us aware via
email
enquiries@cameo-favours.co.uk and we will pull out the stops to ensure the products arrive in plenty
of time for your big day.
Sales to the EU and the US incur the same postage
charges as above. All export sales outside the EU do not include VAT,
but are at the prices listed on the website. Any import duties are
the responsibility of the buyer.
Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for
deliveries outside of the UK.
We despatch WORLDWIDE,
but please note that we reserve the right to ask for additional carriage payments if
sending outside the EU, UK or US.
NB. Confectionery cannot be sent
outside the UK. If you place an order in error which includes confectionery, we will
credit you back the appropriate amount and despatch the rest of the order.

www.cameo-favours.co.uk
As such, both sites operate from the same shopping cart,
so purchases from both site will be combined in the cart simply by flicking
between the two websites.
This gives you the advantage of COMBINED POSTAGE on
purchases made.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your order before we despatch, a
full refund will be given. However, any cancellation made after we have despatched
will be treated as a return and will be subject to the returns policy.
Change
of Address:
If you are an
existing Paypal customer, Paypal will attach the address they have on record
to your purchase. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the
address is correct at time of purchase - note, delivery address CAN be
edited during the payment process. If goods are despatched to an old
address provided by Paypal the customer will be liable for all costs
incurred by Cameo in the failed delivery, including loss of product and
redelivery costs.
If a payment does
come through to us and you realise when you receive the order confirmation
that the address is incorrect PayPal, please email us immediately with your new address so we can aim
to avoid you unnecessary costs and hassle.
Returns Policy:
Our policy is to offer refunds on products
returned unopened and fit for re-sale within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to
return a product please email on the address above. Statutory rights are unaffected.
All products leave us in perfect condition.
However, unfortunately products can occasionally be damaged in transit. If products
are damaged please advise within 3 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.
Damages reported after that time will not be accepted as damaged in transit.
Please note that your signature on a courier
delivery is acceptance that the package is received undamaged. As such you should
check the contents of such deliveries before signing, it is within your rights to ask the
courier to wait whilst you do so.
Wholesale and sample sales are STRICTLY non returnable.
