All our confectionery will be stamped with a best before date and ingredients will either be on the packaging, or included on a printed slip. If you misplace the slip, you can find details of the ingredients here...

Each box or bag should be either marked with the ingredients, or a separate slip provided, this page is only provided to act as a backup should they slip or the original box / bag be misplaced.

Individual boxes and bags will be stamped with "Best Before" dates.

All confectionery may contain traces of nuts.

All confectionery should be stored in a cool dry place.

Almonds & Dragees

Ingredients: sugar, almonds, rice starch, thickening (arabic gum), malto-dextrin. Coating agent: camauba wax. Flavours, vanillin. Colourings: White E171, Red E120-E124, Yellow E102, Blue E132, Green E102-E131, Orange E102-E110-E124, Ivory E102-E110-E124-E151-E132, Lilac E122-E131, Pink E120-E122-E124, Azure E131, Brown E102-E110-E151-E124-E122, Salmon E102-E110-E124-E120-E122, Golden E174-E100. Silver plated coloured with E174.
Might contain traces of: milk, soya lecithin, dry fruit, peanuts.

Chocolate Products

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa liquor, lactose, whey powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin. Milk chocolate contains: cocoa solids 33% minimum, milk solids 14% minimum.
Might contain milk, soya. This product may contain nuts as it has been manufactured in a factory that handles nut ingredients.
Keep dry, keep away from heat and direct sunlight.

Rock Products

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, flavouring & colour E171, E153, E102, E110, E122, E129, E133, E132, E155.
Store in a cool dry place.
